What we collect

When you create a Support Map, evenfield collects the answers you submit, the generated Support Map, usefulness feedback you choose to submit, and the private link identifier used to reopen it later.

If you choose to join the full Support Map waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. You can use the free Support Map without entering an email first.

We may also collect basic technical and analytics information, such as pages visited, approximate device or browser information, referrer information, and interaction events. We do not intentionally send your long-form Support Map answers to analytics tools.

How we use information

• Create, save, reopen, and revise your free Support Map.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and Support Map flow.
• Understand aggregate usage patterns, such as whether people complete the intake, find the Support Map useful, or join the waitlist.
• Contact you about the full Support Map only if you choose to submit your email.

Private links

A saved Support Map is available through its private link. Anyone with that link can open the saved map, so you should treat it like something you would not post publicly.

The private link is the current recovery mechanism. Email is not required to reopen the free map.

How we share information

evenfield does not sell submitted Support Map answers.

We may use service providers to host the website, run the Support Map workflow, store saved maps, send or manage waitlist communications, analyze site usage, and protect the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of evenfield, users, or others.

Analytics

In production, evenfield may use Google Analytics to understand site usage, such as page visits and Support Map completion patterns. We only load Google Analytics for your browser after you accept analytics cookies or similar storage.

You can accept or reject analytics in the cookie banner and change that choice later through Cookie Settings in the footer. Google describes how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Retention and deletion

We keep Support Map submissions, usefulness feedback, and waitlist emails for as long as they are useful to provide the service, improve the product, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations.

To ask about deleting a saved Support Map or waitlist email, contact hello@evenfield.app. Include the private Support Map link if your request is about a saved map.

Children

evenfield is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as evenfield changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
