What we collect

When you use the current Support Map form, evenfield collects the answers you submit so the connected service can create a response.

If you contact evenfield by email, we collect the information you choose to send in that message.

In production, the website uses Google Analytics by default when a measurement ID is configured, unless you decline analytics. Google Analytics may collect page usage and browser interaction information, including page views and tracked call-to-action events.

How we use information

• Operate, debug, and improve the website and current Support Map experience.
• Respond to messages and waitlist interest you choose to send.
• Understand aggregate website usage through Google Analytics.
• Protect the website and connected services from misuse or operational problems.

Support Map submissions

The current Support Map form sends your submitted answers to a same-origin web route, which then calls the server-owned Support Map service. Browser code does not receive internal service URLs or bearer tokens.

Do not submit secrets, credentials, or highly sensitive information you do not need to provide.

How we share information

evenfield does not sell submitted Support Map answers.

We may use service providers to host the website, run the Support Map workflow, analyze site usage, and protect the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of evenfield, users, or others.

Analytics

Google Analytics loads only in production, only when a measurement ID is configured, and only when you have not declined analytics.

If you decline analytics in the site notice, evenfield stops future analytics events and attempts to clear Google Analytics cookies that may already exist for this site.

Retention and deletion

We keep submitted information for as long as useful to provide the service, improve the product, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations.

Children

evenfield is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as evenfield changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
